Why haven't I receive a confirmation email?

If you have not receive an email automatically after your order was placed, then that means the email you provided to us was mistyped. Please contact us so that we can make the changes necessary. 

I ordered the wrong size, can I make a correction?

As long as processing it's not done, meaning, you have not received a tracking number, then yes, we may exchange the size of the item ordered. 

I received a notification that my item it's on its way but there haven't been any updates on the tracking link. 

Please allow 24-72 hours for USPS to update their tracking information. If more than 72 hours have passed by and no updates are showing then please contact us!

Can I cancel my order? 

No cancellations are allowed but we do accept exchanges. Please let us know as soon as possible so that we can arrange the changes. 

How can I apply a discount code?  

During checkout you'll be provided with the option to enter a discount code. Make sure to use it during the checkout process! 

It's been more than 1 week and my order still doesn't arrive?

Make sure to check the description of the product, all PRE ORDER products take 2-4 weeks for shipping & delivery.
