Refund Policy

We do not accept returns nor make refunds. Please, do not send items back without contacting us first because we may only work on exchanges. 

Exchanges may be made for any item except for those that are personalized or customized. 

Make sure to provide your correct shipping address so that you can receive your order. We are not responsible for orders that are delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer. We do not issue refunds if customer puts incorrect address, we can only resend the package if you pay an extra shipping fee. We will email you to correct the shipping address (we usually send multiple email reminders) and we'll wait until you get back to us. But no refund will be issued if the package was sent to a wrong address (if the customer was the one who put wrong address), we can only resend it if you pay a new shipping fee. Again NO refund allowed in our site due to our strict policy. 

If we sent you the wrong item, please e-mail hello@sunflowerjewels.com with your name, e-mail and Order ID# so we can solve this issue asap. 

The customer is responsible of contacting us within 3 days of delivery regarding any issues with their orders such as the item being defective or broken. We may always replace the item free of charge in case it's received in a defective condition.  

If the customer claims the package was received damaged, they are responsible of sending pictures/videos to us. We will be sending you emails to ask for the pictures, if we don't hear back from you within 15 business days with the pictures we will assume the product did not arrive damaged and we won't be able to send you a replacement or refund it.
