Refund Policy

 

We currently do not offer refunds. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we may only process exchanges depending on the situation.

Exchanges may be requested for most items except those that are personalized or custom-made.

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If an incorrect address is provided and the package has already been shipped, we cannot issue a refund. However, we may resend the order once the correct address is confirmed and the customer pays the additional shipping fee.

If we contact you to confirm or correct your shipping address, we may send multiple email reminders and will wait for your response before shipping your order when possible.

If you receive the wrong item, please email hello@sunflowerjewels.com with your name, email, and Order ID so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can assist you. In these cases, we may replace the item at no additional cost.

If a package is reported as damaged, the customer must provide photos or videos of the item. We will request this documentation by email. If we do not receive the requested photos or videos within 15 business days, we will assume the product was received in acceptable condition and will not be able to process a replacement or refund.
